Individual Peer Support Request

Our one-on-one peer support program currently has a waitlist. Someone from our team will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible regarding your request for support.

Please note that our services are self-referral only. This means the individual receiving the service must register with us directly. Family members, friends, support workers, or clinicians are not permitted to register on behalf of someone else.

If you require support sooner, you can access our Quick-Access Peer Support program, which is available on Saturdays by appointment. To register, please call 204-786-1616 ext. 230.
