Seeking family support?
Individual Peer Support
Support for individuals who have lived experience of mental health and wellness challenges. Talk with a trained Peer Support Worker who will connect with you over shared experiences of mental health/substance use challenges.

Online Voice Hearers' Support Group
- Monthly on Wednesdays
- 3:00-4:00pm
A space to connect with others who share the experience of hearing voices facilitated by a trained Peer Support Worker. Diagnosis not required.
