Family Peer Support

Discern the right path for yourselves in relation to your loved one.

Peer Support empowers family and friends to navigate diverse clinical options, access appropriate supports, and develop self-confidence for effective self-advocacy. It also helps break down the stigma of mental illness, as sharing lived experiences can dispel stigma and encourage seeking treatment. Don’t keep it a secret – connect with our Family Peer Support to find understanding, support, and hope.

If you are a family member or friend caring for someone with mental health or substance use challenges, you can connect with us for family peer support and access our programs through 2 convenient ways:

1. 1 on 1 Peer Support Sessions

You are not alone in your journey. Fill out the form to connect with a trained
Family Peer Supporter who will reach out to you for an initial call. We offer various support options, including in-person, virtual, and phone support, tailored to your preferences. Together, we can find a schedule that works for you. Although there may be a waiting list, we will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available. S
